Damage Deposit
A 50% (of the rental cost) damage deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out once a satisfactory site inspection is done by the property manager.

POLICIES
Reservations
Reservations require 50% of the total at time of booking. This can be paid by cash, bank/money order or interac/email transfer. The balance is due at time of arrival and is payable by cash, travelers cheques or bank/money order.
Cancellation
Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event you needed to cancel after the 30 days, the deposit will be refunded if the cottage is able to be re-rented.
Damage Deposit
A 50% (of the rental cost) damage deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be refunded in full at check-out with a satisfactory inspection of the house.

Privacy Policy
St. Albans Vacation Home is intended to be an adult oasis and is not suitable for those wishing to entertain family or friends.
Candles
Candles are not to be used inside the home.
Allergies
There is a ten foot, down filled sectional at St. Alban’s in the main living space. Please note this in the event you or someone you are vacationing with are allergic to down. Although we empathize with your situation, refunds will not be given based on allergies with the discovery of the sectional after booking.
